Welcome to Klarity Tutoring ("Klarity," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, diagnostic tools, and tutoring services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Services

Klarity Tutoring provides online academic tutoring, placement tests, diagnostic assessments, and educational resources primarily targeting the U.S. curriculum for students in Grades 3-12 and College. Our services include live tutoring sessions, AI-assisted proctoring, and automated curriculum development.

3. User Conduct & Integrity

As a student or parent using our platform, you agree to provide truthful information during test registrations and inquiries. During diagnostic or placement tests, you agree to adhere to academic integrity. Our AI Proctoring system may intermittently capture visual (webcam) and audio data automatically to detect suspicious behavior (e.g., multiple faces, secondary devices) explicitly for the purpose of validating test scores.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

All payments for tutoring packages (Foundation Starter, Excellence Core, Elite Curated) are processed securely. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled session to avoid penalties. Subscriptions auto-renew unless modified by the parent or guardian.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Klarity Tutoring website, including test questions, study materials, website design, and AI models, are the intellectual property of Klarity Tutoring. You may not distribute, reproduce, or resell any of our materials without express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for academic excellence, Klarity Tutoring does not guarantee specific grades, standardized test scores, or college admissions. Our services are educational aids, and the final results depend on the student's effort and engagement.
